Gateway to the north Atlantic coast. Serves Sosúa, Cabarete, and Puerto Plata city. Popular with European charters and kitesurfers.
El Catey Samaná International
Samaná Peninsula
Small seasonal airport serving Las Terrenas, Las Galeras, and Santa Bárbara. Ideal for whale watching season (Jan–Mar) and eco-travel.
La Romana International
La Romana — southeast coast
Private-feel airport primarily serving Casa de Campo resort. Limited commercial flights but very smooth arrival experience.
