Terms of Service

1. What ExploreDomRep is

ExploreDomRep is an independent travel assistance company. We help travelers complete and submit their Dominican Republic e-ticket forms. We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with the Dominican Republic government or any official immigration system.

The Dominican Republic e-ticket (formulario de viaje) is a government requirement. You can complete it yourself for free on the official government portal. ExploreDomRep charges a service fee to do this on your behalf — we handle the form, check for errors, and submit it for you.

2. What you agree to

By using ExploreDomRep's service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information for your e-ticket submission
• Pay the service fee at the time of submission
• Accept that you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide
• Not use ExploreDomRep for fraudulent or illegal purposes

3. What we provide

ExploreDomRep provides form completion and submission assistance. When you submit an order, we will:

• Review the information you have provided
• Complete the official Dominican Republic e-ticket form on your behalf
• Submit the form and provide you with confirmation
• Forward your QR code and submission confirmation via email

We do not guarantee entry into the Dominican Republic. Entry decisions are made solely by Dominican immigration authorities.

4. No government affiliation

ExploreDomRep is an independent private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Dominican Republic government, the Dirección General de Migración, the Ministry of Tourism, or any other official authority. Service fees paid to ExploreDomRep are for our assistance service only and are entirely separate from any government fees or requirements.

5. Limitation of liability

ExploreDomRep is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer, changes to government requirements, denial of entry by Dominican immigration, or delays in processing caused by the government's e-ticket system. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the affected order.

6. Refund policy

The ExploreDomRep service fee is non-refundable once your e-ticket has been submitted to the Dominican Republic government system. If we are unable to complete your submission due to a fault on our side, we will issue a full refund.

Refund requests for other reasons (change of travel plans, incorrect information provided, duplicate orders) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@exploredomrep.com within 48 hours of purchase.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes arising from the use of ExploreDomRep's services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dominican Republic courts.
