Refund Policy

E-ticket assistance service
The ExploreDomRep service fee is non-refundable once your form data has been submitted to ExploreDomRep for processing. By completing the checkout process, you explicitly agree that our digital service begins immediately upon receipt of your form data and you waive any right of withdrawal.
When we will issue a refund
If we are unable to complete your submission due to a fault on our side, we will issue a full refund. This includes situations where our system fails to submit the form to the government portal or where a technical error on our end prevents delivery of your QR code.
Case-by-case requests
Refund requests for other reasons — including change of travel plans, incorrect information provided by the customer, or duplicate orders — will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@exploredomrep.com within 48 hours of purchase.
Tours and activities
Tours and activities listed on ExploreDomRep are provided by third-party operators (currently Viator). We are not the tour operator and do not process refunds for tour bookings. All cancellation and refund requests for tours must be directed to the provider according to their terms and policies.
Chargebacks and disputes
Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company, please contact us first at support@exploredomrep.com. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours and will work to resolve your concern directly.
We retain transaction records, consent logs, and service delivery confirmations. This information may be submitted as evidence in response to any payment dispute filed with your financial institution.
