Santo Domingo offers the most infrastructure (Regus, Impact Hub, and several independent spaces), while Las Terrenas trades speed for scenery with a strong expat community and slower pace. A tourist visa covers 30-day stays, but long-term nomads typically use the rentista or investor residency routes to stay legally.
